Black Canyon exists because too many trade companies in the Treasure Valley have been quietly bought up by out-of-state private equity firms and national chains. The name on the truck stays the same, but the priorities change — commission-driven sales, upsold repairs, corporate scripts, and a call center standing between the customer and the person doing the actual work.
We built Black Canyon to be the alternative: locally owned, no investors, no head-office quotas, no scripts. Just plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration done the way it should be — the same work we'd stand behind in our own homes.
